Want to convert to a Dialog eSIM or buy a new one? Start by choosing the right process: replacing the SIM on your existing number, ordering a new connection, and transferring a number to another phone are different tasks. Convert a Dialog physical SIM to eSIM

For a supported iPhone, Dialog's Quick Transfer instructions describe conversion through Settings → Mobile Service → Convert to eSIM. Follow the prompts and wait for activation before removing the physical SIM. Its physical profile stops working when the replacement activates.

If the conversion option is missing, do not reset your phone or delete a working plan to force it. Confirm device and account eligibility with Dialog. Menu labels can differ with the operating-system language and version.

Buy a Dialog eSIM for a new number

Use the official Dialog eSIM page and its new-connection option. Dialog offers prepaid and postpaid orders. Review the selected package, identity requirements, contact details and amount before confirming an order. Buying a new connection is not the same as keeping your current number through a SIM replacement.

Use an email account you control for activation messages. Keep your order reference somewhere private. We do not quote a permanent eSIM price: the operator's checkout is the source for the current connection and plan charges.

Check compatibility before switching

Dialog advises checking for an EID through the device support information or by dialling *#06#. An EID is a useful initial check, but carrier-locked devices may still be unable to install the profile. Confirm the exact model and regional variant, not just the product family.

Back up important data, charge the phone and arrange a reliable connection. Keep an alternative way to contact support if the number being transferred is your only means of communication. Avoid starting immediately before travel or another time-sensitive activity.

Transfer a Dialog eSIM to another iPhone

Dialog lists an active connection, compatible Apple devices running iOS 17.5 or later, proximity and stable connectivity as Quick Transfer requirements. On the new device, open the mobile-service setup and approve the transfer on the old device. Test a call on the new phone before removing the old cellular plan.

Activation problems and recovery

Keep your activation QR code private, like other account credentials. Do not post it in a forum, send it to an unsolicited caller or install an activation profile from a third-party message. A screenshot intended to show an error can accidentally expose the whole code.

If service does not activate, record the error and order reference, check connectivity and contact Dialog through its official site. Ask support before deleting the profile or repeatedly placing orders. Verify calls, messages and mobile data after recovery, especially if the number receives login codes.
